Company not refunding, repairing or replying? Tell us what happened, in Hindi or English. We write every step in your name: the complaint to the company, the National Consumer Helpline complaint, the legal notice, and if they still don't fix it, the complete filing for the Consumer Commission. You read it, approve it, and send it.
We're starting with a small number of cases and a person checks each one. We never ask for your OTPs or passwords.
Your case
Against the company, in your name
- Complaint to the companyNo reply

- Legal notice, 15 days to actSent
- Complaint bundle for the CommissionIf needed
- Filing on e-Jagriti, step by stepIf needed
Example case
The law is on your side. The paperwork isn't.
You don't need a lawyer to complain, escalate or even file a consumer case. But knowing what to write, who to send it to, how long to wait, and what comes next is where most people give up. For a ₹15,000 refund, an advocate usually costs more than the amount you're fighting for. That's what companies count on.
From "they won't refund" to done
One step at a time, in the right order. We tell you what's next and when.
Tell us what happened
In your own words. We check the time limit, whether consumer law covers you, and which Commission is yours. If we can't help, we say so and tell you where to go.
Approve and send
We write the complaint, the escalation and the helpline message in your name. You read them and send them yourself.
Legal notice
If they still don't fix it, a formal notice with a deadline: the company's last chance before the Commission.
File, if it comes to that
The complete filing for the District Commission, page-numbered and split for e-Jagriti, with a guide for every screen.
Why not a template, or a lawyer?
Both work. Here's the trade-off.
| Option | Free templates online | Lawyer | Bas File Kar Do |
|---|---|---|---|
| Complaint, escalation and helpline letters | You | Rarely | Written for you, in your name |
| Legal notice | A template you fill in | Yes, for a fee | Written from your facts |
| Who reads your evidence and writes the facts | You | The lawyer | Done for you, every fact checked against your documents |
| Page numbers, index, annexure stamps | You | Their office | Done, and checked to match |
| Split for the e-Jagriti upload slots | You | Usually | Yes, with a guide |
| What to do next, and when | You work it out | The lawyer | We tell you at every step |
| Cost | Free, but it costs you your evenings and your patience | Often more than a small claim | Free before court while we start. Filing from ₹199 |

How we handle your documents
Your bills and chats are personal. Here's exactly what happens to them.
Stored in India
Your details are stored with our database provider on servers in Mumbai, encrypted in storage and in transit.
Read by AI, checked by a person
An AI service helps organise your story and draft your letters. It is not used to train AI models. A person checks every case.
Only we can read it
The form can add your case but can't read anyone's. Only the founder sees what you send. We never sell it or use it for ads.
Deleted when you're done
Ask us to delete everything at any time. Case documents are deleted 90 days after delivery.
Tell us what happened
We'll check your case and reply on WhatsApp or email, usually within a day, with your first letter or an honest answer if we can't help. Don't send documents yet; we'll tell you what's needed.
Questions
Do I need a lawyer?
No. The Consumer Protection Act lets you complain, send a notice, and file and argue your own case. We write and organise everything; you check it, sign it and send or file it yourself. For complicated matters, we recommend speaking to an advocate.
Will you send emails or file for me?
We write everything in your name, and you send it from your own email or WhatsApp, so the company's reply comes straight to you. The helpline and e-Jagriti need your own login and OTP, so you do those steps, and we guide each screen. We never ask for your OTPs or passwords.
Which cases can you help with?
Complaints before a District Consumer Commission where the amount you paid is up to ₹50 lakh: defective products, refunds not given, services not delivered, rentals and subscriptions, e-commerce, travel. Complaints are normally filed within two years of the problem.
What if I'm past the two-year limit?
You can still complain to the company and the National Consumer Helpline, which have no time limit, and we'll help with both. Filing late needs an application asking the Commission to excuse the delay, which we can't prepare yet; we'll tell you honestly and point you to free legal aid.
Can't I just ask an AI chatbot?
You can, if you know what to ask and what to check. We know the order of steps, the time limits and which Commission is yours, we keep your whole case in one place from the first complaint, and if you need to file, every date and amount in the bundle is checked against your documents.
Is this legal advice?
No. We're not a law firm and we don't give opinions on whether you'll win. We prepare documents for people who are filing their own cases.
