Privacy notice: early-access list

Last updated: 1 October 2026. This notice covers the early-access form only. A full privacy policy will be published before we accept any documents.

What we collect

Your name, city, WhatsApp number or email, the short description of your problem, and the rough amount you paid, as you enter them in the form.

Why

To contact you when your early-access slot opens, and to understand which kinds of consumer cases people need help with. Nothing else.

Who sees it

Only the founder of Bas File Kar Do. The details are stored with our database provider (Supabase), on servers in India. We don't sell or share them, and we don't use them for advertising.

How long we keep it

Until you use the service or for 6 months, whichever comes first, unless you ask us to delete it earlier.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time: email [email protected]. We'll act on it within 7 days.
